In 2012, CIBMTR (in partnership with leading transplant organizations) published post-transplant care recommendations1 for adult and pediatric autologous and allogeneic bone marrow transplant recipients. These recommendations have been adapted into easy-to-understand guidelines and are now available through the National Marrow Donor Program®(NMDP)/Be The Match. There are two versions of the guidelines (patient and clinician) offered in multiple formats (print, online, mobile app) to help patients and clinicians understand and plan for the specialized care of transplant recipients.
